As a company operating on a system of procedures of International Standards, DN Meyer Plc, in satisfying the aspirations of its employees, facilitates training programmes of international standards both internally and externally to enhance the development of its staff.

Furthermore, the company maintains an effective communication link with employees who exchange ideas with Management towards mutual development and policy review.

Currently, DN Meyer Plc has a staff strength of 140.

In particular, DN Meyer is a strong supporter to the Lagos Business School, through Dunlop Nigeria PLC where, tremendous amount of

 
 

management training requirements are drawn.

A group management conference is held twice annually involving all key managers of the Dunlop Group where our managers are exposed to continuous planning and monitoring of operation.

The company also holds an annual marketing conference during which our sales/marketing executives plan and review performances with contributions from our supportive functions of Manufacturing, Human Resources and Finance.

DN Meyer also draws from the training programmes available at the Dunlop Group level.

Research

The drive to provide products of International Standards to its market through the adoption of internationally-acceptable standard procedures has enabled DN Meyer Plc to keep abreast of the latest technology in Paint Manufacturing. This has led the company to commit a lot of resources in maintaining a well-equipped R & D Laboratory where continuous research is carried out to improve on existing products, while developing new products to meet the challenges in both the Local and International Coatings demand.
