C.
DEFAULT
In
the event of default, all deposit payment will be refunded
after the sale of the housing unit post completion.
D.
ALLOCATION
Allotees
will be selected by an open ballot exercise upon receipt
of duly filled application forms and allottees are expected
to effect the 1st payment within 5 (Five) working days
from the date of notification of allotment. Notification
will be via registered letter to allotee’s address
on application form. Non payment of 1st payment within
the stipulated period automatically voids the allotment.
E. GUARANTEES
All
payment for the houses are guaranteed by UBN Plc, Whereby
full refund of all deposit by allotees will be made in
the event of non delivery of the housing unit on due
date.
