He started his working career with G. Q. Investment Limited, as the Senior Marketing Officer, 1986 to 1987, Associated Breweries and Company Limited as Assistant Regional Sales Manager, Tropics Finance and Investment Co. Ltd as Head of Marketing Team, Essence Mercantile and Trust Ltd, as Executive Director/Chief Operating Officer, Costain (West Africa) PLC as Executive Director – Finance, 2001 to 2004 and also had a short stint with J-Maak Consulting Ltd as an Executive Director.

Tola Osunkiyesi is a member of various Business/Professional bodies such as the Institute of Directors (UK), Institute of Directors (Nigeria), Nigerian – German Business Council, World Trade Centre of Nigeria, Small and Medium Scale Enterprises Group (Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry), Nigerian Marketing Association and Finance and Investment Committee – YMCA.

He has attended training courses in Information Technology, proficiency in Microsoft Programs, Management Strategic Planning, Credit Risk Management and Business Outlook at Lagos Business School.

Mr. Osunkiyesi was born on 5th May, 1965 and he is married with children.
