His work experience spans both local and multinational organisations such as KPMG Audit, Arthur Andersen, Ecobank Plc, Cashlink Investment Plc, Esso E & P Limited, IBFC Limited and Honeywell Group.

He has attended several management courses both in Nigeria and internationally on skills enhancement and capacity building. He has equally acted as a facilitator in various management seminars with various presentations spanning strategic leadership skills to entrepreneurial competence.

Mr. Bola Olayinka is a member of various professional and social bodies such as the Nigerian Economic Summit Group, Chairman-Logistics Committee, NES #9, NES #10 and Oil and Gas Downstream Seminar, Member, FATE Foundation Committee on Entrepreneurship Awards and Chairman, Jextoban Secondary School, just to mention a few.

Mr. Olayinka was born on 27th April 1961 at Ile Ife and is married with children.
